On May 6, 2009, a few of our classmates gathered at the Pizza Inn in Goldsboro. We ate, laughed (thanks to Rayvetta and Heather), and the 2011 Reunion Committee took a few moments to discuss our upcoming reunion plans. We tossed a few ideas around but if you weren't able to make it, no worries! There will be several opportunities for you to voice your opinion in the future including video conferencing and in-person meetings.  Among the many things we discussed were venues, fundraising, and the most important topic of all BUDGET. I'm still waiting on a few people to get back to me on some prices so I'll wait to share the breakdown with everyone when I get that information. As for fundraising, we discussed a 50/50 raffle, a yard sale, and a few other ideas were put on the table that I can't remember off the top of my head! (should have grabbed my notes! LOL)

I've created a Yahoo Group for the Eastern Wayne Class of 1996. (Thanks for the great idea Neal) Feel free to join! There isn't much content yet (since it's new) but hopefully I can get that going soon. Keep the ideas coming everyone!
