School Story:
I am embarrassed to say it has been difficult to remember, however from what I have heard from some of you, I am not the only one with this problem. Here's a few memories I came up with.
Shawn Fayle reminded me every morning Shawn, Laura S. and myself would meet at the door of our first period class, just look at one another and leave to go for breakfast. Sometimes Mrs. Johnson would look out the door before class and see us there. Needless to say we left anyway.
I remember freezing to death at football games. The many walks in the auditorium as seniors, Julie and Jennie Burrow in front of me Cindy Cashion and Scott Cates behind me.
Skipping school with best buddies Nicole F., Debbie T., and Kathie W.. Off we would go to the mall in Greensboro. None of us had a dime to our name, however as long as between us we had gas money to get us there and back, we were gone!
Of course senior skip day, senior beach trip, and all the parties!
Driving Melody N. crazy for answers in Latin class, because I had no clue what I was doing. Thank you Melody, I never would have passed without you!
And last but certainly not least one of my best friends Laura Stainback, we always had fun and laughed until we cried!
I am glad to be a part of the class of 1989 and look forward to the reunion.
