Pauleen Hinkley Hesse

Attended NDSSS in Wahpeton 81-83. Received an associates degree in Computer Operations and a certificate in Word Processing. Married John Hinkley in June of 1983. We lived in Perley, MN from 1980-2002. I work at BCBSND for 17 years and came to work at Halstad Telephone Company in 2001. We purchased the hardware store in Halstad, MN in Dec of 1998 and moved there in 2002.
I have to say that coming from a city to smaller communities was a culture shock at first but has been a wonderful experience and I wouldn't change is for the world.

Update: September 2019 - Instead of planning for retirement John and I decided to start a new adventure and will be building a new Hardware/Grocery/ Off-Sale in Halstad! Who needs retirement??!! I think we are crazy, but it should be an exciting couple of years!

Favorite memory from Central was sitting out on the east side steps during lunch or study hall, visiting, reading and soaking up the sun during the fall and spring.
