Went to GRCC for two years
Received associates degree in Automotive tech. Worked at Fruit basket flowerland then Dexter Lock. Achieved Tool And Die Journeyman level. Raced with my brother from 1977- 1979. Won Pop hot rod drags in 1977. Raced with other partners in 1980-1982. Started Precision Guesswork Race Cars in late 1982. Won IHRA best engineering award in 1986. NSRA merit award in 1988. Built car for UDRA world champion 1994-1996-1999+2000. Best engineering award UDRA 4 times. Good guys street rod of the year 1994. 8 time winner of Grand award at Grand Rapids Autorama. Served on board of directors with UDRA 2000-2002. Serving as chaplain with Racers for Christ from 2005 to present. Host of Michigan metalshapers gathering 2011 to present. Member at Ideal park church since 1988.
