Lucy and I have 4 wonderful children--Tanya in Brooklyn, a school teacher and mother of our granddaughter Zora; Ezra a law professor/economist at Northwestern and father of our granddaughter Mira; Gideon--a budding real estate entrepreneur living in New York and giving me the privilege of working with him and Sam an artist and Senior Software Engineer at Apple in Cupertino, Ca. In September 2014, Lucy and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary--Lorna Katz as well as our siblings, their partners, 2 granddaughters and many old and new friends joined us.

We are both working--Lucy is head of The After School Corp in NY, promoting after school in public schools and I continue to play in real estate, primarily residential rental properties in Ct, Tx, Florida and NJ. After college, Lucy and I served 2 years in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic working in urban community development in Santo Domingo. I then did law school while Lucy got a Phd in social pych. After a brief and painful stint in a large law firm, I struck out on my own in real estate, first in my own law firm and then as an investor, developer and operator. After 40 years I am still finding new things to do--the biggest difference is I know much more often how they will actually end up.
