I didn't graduate with y'all because I moved to Boise before my senior year--I was trying to find a quarterback who could throw the deep ball. (Love you, Haze!) But I'm a Wolf at heart, so I hope to see everyone at the reunion.
After high school I graduated from the U. of Idaho with a finance degree. I worked four years as the Marketing & P.R. Director for the Salt Lake Buzz, a Triple-A Baseball team. Of course I would have rather been on the field than in the front office, but apparently I didn't pick up enough skills down at Stratton-Myer.
In 1995, I married Tamara Squires. She is from Utah but she occasionally taught dance classes in GR in the '80s, so if you were into dance at the time, you may have met her.
In 1998, I got out of the baseball biz to work full time for the company Tamara started, called TAMJAMS. We've got about 40 dance instructors on our staff and we conduct dance workshops throughout the country and internationally. (No, I cannot dance. I just do the managing.)
I also write for several magazines in the Salt Lake area. Everything from history, to mtn. biking, to business and education. Whatever they assign.
Tamara and I have two great kids, Kellen and Blake, who crack us up every day.
