Les McDaniel passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025.  Les' wife of 39 years told us that Les asked that his passing be shared with his classmates but that he had requested no obituary and no service.  At the time of his death, Les was living in Albuquerque, NM, the last city to which he was assigned by USPS.  He had found that area to have a beautiful landscape and friendly people and found it to be a comfortable place to live.  Rest in peace, Les.
