Harold Anslow Parker, Jr., 73, of Greensboro, NC, passed away on May 12, 2024. He was born in Davidson County on November 6, 1950 to the late Harold A. Parker, Sr. and Emma Biesecker Parker. He received a bachelor's degree from UNCG, and had a successful Real Estate career for over 30 years before eventually retiring.

Harold is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Stout Parker, who he married on August 8, 1981. They were happily married for 43 years Harold and Barbara together raised their two boys, Alex and Jon, who were the light of Harold's life Harold also found joy in teaching the youth of Jamestown United Methodist Church. He was a dedicated Sunday school teacher and member of Jamestown United Methodist, and he believed in the work he did with the church's youth throughout the years.

Harold is survived by his loving sister, Mary "Cookie" Costner and husband Travis; Sons, Jon Parker and wife, Nicole, and Alex Parker; grandchildren, Lilian "Lily" Thompson and Caleb Williams; Nephew, Wayne Costner and wife, Barbara; and great-nephews Bryan and Brandon Costner.

A Celebration of Life for Harold Anslow Parker, Jr. will be held at Jamestown United Methodist Church, located at 403 East Main Street, Jamestown, NC, 28282, on Saturday, May 18, 2024, beginning at 1 PM. A reception will follow the service.
