An early childhood friend. About six months before his death Kevin did some carpentry work on our old house. A gifted finish carpenter. His works remains at the front entrance of our house; a gifted artist too! Last time I saw him was early morning at Tate Street Coffee House days before his death. Remember as second graders that we attempted to roll snow balls the length of Lake Daniel park while walking home from Brooks. Needless to say it took almost until 5:00 p.m. to arrive home.. Kevin left one daughter who is in her late teens to early 20's.
I was shocked and saddened to hear that Kevin is no longer with us. He was such a sweetheart. I remember him being my first childhood crush in the second grade. I used to play with the back of his hair (as I sat right behind him). He will be missed.
