In Memory

Terry Wayne Squires

Excerpted from the GSO News-Record. Submitted by Laurann Holder Hooks, undated. A Brown Summit man was killed early Monday morning (April 11, 1988) in a motorcycle wreck north of Greensboro. He was pronounced dead at Moses Cone Hospital after the 12:25am wreck. Troopers say Squires was travelling south at a high speed when he lost control, ran off the right shoulder of the road and struck a ditch bank about 7 miles north of Greensboro. Squires was thrown from the motorcycle, sailed across a ditch bed and hit a fence post. Troopers said he had been drinking. He worked at Teco Printing Co.

My Dear Baby Wayne...
OH , How I wish I could have saved you from your demise... That crushed me! So Sad!
Wow, I have been wanting to post a message here since this website started... Now's the time.

Wayne, what a beautiful human being! I had known Wayne since Jr. High at Aycock. He was extra special to me... We always had some real connection. We laughed, we talked and...
OK people, confession time... he was my first kiss!!! LOL
At Aycock during lunch, Wayne told me to meet him behind the dumpster at the Cafeteria... I did, he laid that awesome kiss on me!!
I thought he wanted to talk to me not kiss me, I was not expecting that....
It was like Bobby Brady on the Brady Bunch lol...I saw Rockets, Fireworks, the whole 9 Yards... OMG!
lol

His Beautiful Brown eyes would ask me occasionally to write him a skip note... Who could resist those eyes?
Melt... not me *sigh*

When I read about his passing in the paper, I lost it!!!
I cried for weeks. I can't help but wonder what could have been between the two of us if we had connected when the time was right. It never happened because he left my world way too soon!
I loved that guy! I'll never forget him as long as I live!
He died 2 weeks after my daughter Stephanie was born.
Wayne was Wayne! I love real people!! *Cheers* Wayne, I Love You!!!!

He signed my Sr. yearbook... "I'll love you always"...
I'll always hold that deep in my heart!

And, Baby Wayne... "YOU KNOW, I Loved & still love you... always will!"
I Miss You Too Damn Much!
Laurann
