Virginia Gentry Parker

I am residing in Raleigh, married to Monty and raising our two children. I went back to work full-time about two years ago, but still do lots of volunteering in the community. We love to travel, hang out at the lake and relax on the weekends. By coincidence, I live next door to Dana Brantley Judy, another member of our class. It's a small world.

There are way too many good school stories to remember. One of my favorite ones is Christmas trees - when several of us (Amy Purgason, Amy Wheeler, Katherine Holland, Whitney Young, etc.) would take Xmas trees from the curb after Christmas and strategically place them on people's cars. We got such a laugh out of those escapades. Of course, I'll always remember our Easter Break trips down to Ocean Drive Beach.
