James David Vaughn

I have been with American Express since 1986, which I am amazed how fast time flies by. After graduating from Elon, I worked for Beneficial Finance before leaving to join American Express. I started with Amex in Greensboro before transfering to Arizona in 1997. My career with them has afforded me a lot of opportunities to work in various departments and in various locations, not to mention the possibilities to travel. The one thing I have come to realize from seeing my kids now going through high school and on to college is that the high school they attended here pails in comparison to Page. This school has absolutely no school spirit or pride. Imagine what it feels like to show up at a football game on a friday night and the stands are almost empty. The spirit and pride that Page carried is awesome.
