Born November 14, 1969, at the U.S. Army Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany, Kelly grew up in Greensboro, graduating from Page High School in 1987. She made her debut with the Greensboro Debutante Society in 1989.

Following graduation, Kelly was employed by Revco drugs (later to become CVS) in the New Bern area. After her marriage to Frank P. Fletcher III of Columbia, S.C., in April 1994, the couple returned to Greensboro where she has since been employed as the pharmacist in charge at CVS-Cornwallis at Golden Gate. On multiple occasions, she was honored with the coveted CVS President's Paragon Award, and she was revered by those whom she knew and served. Kelly was known by her patients, her employees and in her community for her dedication, her boundless and infectious enthusiasm, her professional knowledge, her unique, personable and caring nature, and her commitment to excellence, as well as for her passion for her work and compassion for her patients. Kelly also loved animals, and with her husband raised several champion Shetland sheep dogs.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Pickett Fletcher III, of the home; her father, Dr. Robert Sevier (Pat Austin Sevier) of Greensboro; a brother, Robert "Skip" Sevier Jr. of Archdale; by a large step-family, and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

I was just recently in Greensboro and as I drove by Brown-Gardiner, I thought of Kelly. She was so nice and sweet. I am thinking and praying for her family as they deal with such a sudden loss. --Juli
