  Mr. White,
I am Peggy's daughter Pam.

Today mama left this earth to walk in eternity with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mama had been battling liver cancer for the past 6 months. She fought bravely and courageously never complaining and keeping her incredible sense of humor and amazing smile.

I thank God for her life. The examples she lived as a loving daughter and sister, an adoring wife to my daddy, the perfect mom she was to me and my sister and the blessing she was to many friends along the way.

Mama was a faithful follower of Christ. She listened for direction with her heart and left all the details up to God. She lived a life to be celebrated and I'm confident she heard these words early this morning "Well done good and faithful servant." "Welcome home daughter!"

My dad doesn't use the internet but as we checked mama's emails saw your contact for this class of 1960. Daddy would like for you to let the class mates know of mama's passing. To contact my Dad:

or send emails to me: Pamela Fuquay Deemer: pdeemer@yahoo.com

I will be glad to get those emails to my dad.

Sincerely,
The Bill Fuquay Family

It was a shock to me to hear of Peggy's death because I didn't know that she had cancer.  I well remember her as a lovely, sweet girl in high school, and I'm very sorry to hear that your family is without her this Christmas.  However, I am so glad that she knew the Lord and that she is with Him now!

My sympathy and prayers go out to you, your dad, and the rest of your family.

Pam,

I did not know your mother well when we were in HS together, only to the extent that she was both nice and quiet.  I was one of the Air Force kids that only went to Greenville schools for a short period, in my case the last three years of HS.

Please accept my condolences for your loss and pass them to your family.  Be consoled as much as you can knowing she is in a better place with no worries or pain.

I also was an Air Force brat. I was fortunate that I had 4 years at GHS. I remember Peggy as very nice, kind person. My prayers to the family.
