Got out (alive) moved to Jackson then to Marks MS with MP&L (Entergy) Left MP&L worked in Jackson for Lamar Life Insurance Co. (Investment Dept.) 1973-88 President of LamarLife Corp. Started my own Investment Management Co. in 1989. Sold it in 1999. Had a small bank that I bought control of in 1992 sold it in 2007 to Metropolitan Bank, still on the Board. Opened an Art gallery (Nunnery's at Gallery 119.. see web site) in the Building I bought from the Jackson Redevelopment Authority in '99 and in 2009 opened a blues club, bar, tapas restaurant in the basement (a juke joint actually - Underground 119..check out the website- lots of photos of me...yippeee)
This has gotten a bit lengthy so just suffice to say I should have been in the Juke Joint business all this time. Take naps most days.
