Thomas Gilder

After graduating from GHS I attended MSU for one year pursuing an engineering degree, then to William Carey University where I received a B.A. in Bible & History. Then I earned a Master of Theology degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. While working on my Doctorate of Ministry degree I decided to enter the business world in insurance and investments. Then back to school for six more years to earn my Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant degrees from The America College in Bryn Ma,PA. I was an Agent then Sales Manager in MS from 1977-1985 with New York Life. I served as a SR Partner in Dallas,TX in 1985-1986. Then I served as Managing Partner in Palo Alto and San Jose, CA from 1986-1988. I transferred to AR in 1988 to serve as Managing Partner and retired in 2001. I now do genealogy research and travel with my wife to our ancestors beginnings. You can find "Gilder & Spencer Family Genealogy" book that I wrote in the Greenville library and the Mississippi archives building in Jackson. I enjoy following our son's football coaching career, and spending time with our grandchildren.
