I moved from South Florida to Siloam Springs, in 1993, and have worked as a newspaper reporter and a caregiver. Currently work as a caregiver and a church pianist, and belong to a songwriter's association in Branson, MO. I am also looking for blurbs for my book, "Keeper of the Ark". isn't Phyllis any more, either. Now it's Lady Jewel Hendrickson. My middle name is the same as my Dad's and Ben likes it, so I decided to be Lady Jewel now. Ben was knighted by the Netherlands, so it's a real title. Who'd have ever thought I would be a lady! Last night I went with him to present ROTC awards at a high school near here. I could tell he is very well thought of, and he's done this for several years. He's a retired Air Force Colonel, and practiced Psychology in California after retiring from the military. Did I tell you the book won an award? I'll be in Miami in November receiving a ribbon from Reader's Favorites during the book convention there. They will be displaying my book in their booth, and I'll have the chance to meet publicists and media to tout the book. Ben paid for the reprint through West Bow Publishers, and it should be in book stores before long.
