We moved to SC in 1989, lived in Taylors, SC for 18 years, built a new home(in the country) just out from Pelzer, SC. I have worked at BJU University Press for 21 1/2 + years. We have 13 grandchildren ages 20 to 6. We have built a barn (my garage is finally cleaned out), mow 4 acres, keep grandchildren, and then, when I have time I will read, read and then read some more. To say the least we have not traveled much (as we wanted to do) -- just some week-end trips.

Just a note about my mother-in-law. She lived with us almost 2 years, before she had a massive stroke on Feb. 4, and died on Feb. 12. She will be missed greatly. She was a sweet, loving lady.

Robert and I at our son's wedding. They were married in Gassaway mansion here in Greenville SC and it was an absolutely beautiful place to have their ceremony.

My son, Chris, and his second wife, Deanna. We really love her. She is now studying to be a pharmacist. They met while serving in the Iraq war. She has 2 children by her first husband and I do not have a photo of Little Chris and Zoe, and yes, we love them just as if they were our own.
