So many wonderful memories of Harriet. She was an elegant lady even in high school.
Her mother, Helen, was my Sunday School teacher one year, she taught great lessons and provided beautiful luncheons at her home. I believe it was in 2003 that Gary took me to the Orpheum to see Johnny Mathis...and Harriet was sitting next to me. She was with her soon to be husband. Old home week for me to catch up with Harriet after so many years. Harriet taught in the private school in Jackson MS that my niece and nephew attended. Also, remember that her mother was a MSCW alum, and that factored into my wish to be a W girl as well. We were blessed to have Harriet in our lives. Keeping her in memory... Perk
