Ron Shackelford

Retired May 25, 2007. Thirty two years of wonderful memories.

Began teaching Biology in 1975. Became Science Dept. Chair in 1984. Taught Biology 1 (all levels), Biology 2, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, Human Anatomy & Physiology.
Formed the Native American Club of GHS (Indian Heritage Club) in 1976. Began Annual Greenville H.S. Scholarship Pow Wow in 1994.
Got back to my Native roots and began Dancing and Singing in 1992. I have been on the pow wow circuit ever since performing or competing at least twice a month.
I retired and moved back to my home town; within 2 miles of our families original homestead. Yes I live in the country and I love it. And no it is not in a tepee.
To all of you I had the privilage of working with and knowing, I can truly say "Thanks for the Memories."
