Due to a chemical mixing problem the pool will not be available to us at the picnic. I'm sure this is going to disappoint alot of kids but we will try to come up with other activities for them.

Beth Pryor (Bennett)

Mike, Philip, Kelly, Monica, Bob, and everyone else who has worked so hard getting this reunion together: Thank you for your work. The mixer last night was great. I needed this--catching up with everyone and realizing how everyone has succeeded in life. It was wonderful to be able to visit like that and "return to our roots" for the evening. Thanks again, Beth

HELLO EVERYONE, I WANTED TO APOLOGIZE FOR COMING LATE AND LEAVING EARLY. I WAS FIGHTING A HORRIBLE HEADACHE WHICH TURNED INTO A MIGRAINE. I REALLY WANTED TO SAY HELLO TO EVERYONE, BUT DID NOT GET A CHANCE. I FELT SO SICK. I HOPE YOU GUYS DID NOT THINK I WAS RUDE FOR LEAVING.

I would like to thank you all for extending your invitation to those like me who did not graduate from Greenwood. I truly enjoyed getting to see everyone that came.

I would also like to give special thanks to the committee that put the reunion together. You folks did a fantastic job.

It was good seeing all of you again, 27 years is a long time. Thanks again for including me.

First, huge props to ALL the local folks involved with getting this reunion organized. Great food, drinks, and a trip down memory lane!

Second, it was great to see everyone and catch up, 20+ years(OUCH!)for me. We may not all live as close as we once did, have had good times and bad, but the common thread for this past weekend is that we are family....1983 Bulldog Family.

Lastly, I hope that we can keep this site going. It is easy to use and most importantly, keeps us connected.

Take care,

P.J.

I had a Blast, seeing everyone. I am setting up a profile for everyone that wants to post any picture's.

That sounds great Mike because I have quite a few pictures. It was great to see everyone and go back to the good old days. We have all come into our own and everyone seemed really happy, successful and it was such a pleasure to catch up with everyone that was able to make it. So glad PJ and Melissa were able to make the long trip.

Melissa thank you so much for standing in front of the class and giving your speech. We all enjoyed it and Brad did a wonderful job guiding us through the evening and singing his wonderful songs later in the evening.

Hope to keep in touch with everyone.

Pam

Hi everyone!

Wow! I had such a great time this weekend! I want to say a huge "thank you" to all the people who made the reunion possible. I know how much work is involved in organizing events and I appreciate all the time you, and your families, sacrificed in making the reunion a reality.

I will admit that Friday night felt a little awkward and I wasn't sure if I wanted to come at all on Saturday. I am so happy I did! Danette and I could not stop talking about how fun it was to see everyone! We talked so much, I think we only got about 11 hours sleep the whole weekend! :)

Thanks again to everyone and their families for a wonderful weekend!

Kind regards, Norma

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of those that worked on the reunion. You did a great job. I know the time and planning seemed endless at times, but it really paid off and I know everyone that attended really appreciate it.

I had such a great time. It was wonderful to see people I have not seen in 16 or more years. I never thought I would end up so far from Greenwood and not return regularly. I got to spend time talking to some of you there, but did not get to catch up as much as I would have liked with everyone. I too, hope we can keep this site up and running, and look forward to our next reunion.

God Bless All,
Becca

I just wanted everyone to know that it is our intentions on keeping this site going as long as we are able too and there is a interest.

I would also like to add that I'm looking into our options for posting the reunion pictures, I'll let you know the best method in a few days.

Happy Birthday to Jeff Beshears and Richard Williams and everyone else with July B-days

Jeff provided us with DVD's of our senior year of football and they were make available at the reunion, anyone that was not able to attend the reunion and wishes to have a copy please let me know and we will try to get you one.

I have created a photobucket that everyone can share their reunion pictures on. The information is on the home page.

Ok, looks like everything has been said about our reunion, but I have been in Chicago and not have had a chance to thank everyone who put this thing together, thanks to Mike for the tour of the school, thanks to Joey and Mike for the music at the after party(that was a blast) I had no idea you guys were so talented, thanks to Phillip, Carla, Sandra, Monica and I know I have left out alot of people who put in alot of time and effort. All you guys did a terrific job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melissa Powers (Sudbery)

Hey Y'all,

My internet card broke and I've had a time convincing Verizon that no, I will NOT pay $250.00 for a new one! Soooooo, I just got my new card today (and just now got it working). Anywho, here I finally am!

I want to say a HUGE thank you to all the reunion organizers. I know it took hours and hours of planning. Even though I live so far away, I'll be happy to join in (long distance) and help on planning the next reunion. :)

It was a blast! I can't remember when I've had a better time doing anything. Brad, how in the world did you come up with such a great imitation of Satchmo??? The only other white guy I've heard do a decent imitation of Pops is Harry Connick, Jr. (who is almost nearly a diety in my way of thinking). Craig, you haven't changed a bit. I'm so envious of that! ;)

But most of all, I want to thank everybody for being so wonderful to me. The last few years have been rough, and this gave me a much needed morale boost. I'll treasure the many great memories forever.

As soon as I have my little speech typed out, I'll send it to Phillip and he can post it (for anyone who might want it). I'll also get my photos posted.

Barnes & Noble is kicking me out, so I've gotta jet. More later - Meliss

It has recently came to the website that unfortunately there is an individual unhappy with the events surrounding the reunion.

To my knowledge everyone had an extremely good time and everything was handled with utmost care and honesty.

I would personally like to (once again) thank Phillip, Mike and Bobby and the girls for all your hardwork and time put into planning the whole weekend.

Can't wait till the next one! Hope everyone has a great day.

You tell it Pam! I had a blast. I really enjoyed meeting all of the spouses, and getting to see everyone. Joey, sorry bud, I did not see the singing thing coming. That was awesome dude. I cant wait until the 30th.

Tracy Blackwell called yesterday and he said to tell everyone hello. He is remarried and has a new little boy! So I think he has all of us beat right now on the little ones as far as having the youngest!

Happy Birthday to all the July Classmates just in case I didn't tell you personally!

I do good to keep up with my two grown kids, I don't know how y'all who have the young ones do it. At least I get a break at home because they think there too cool to hang with us and go to their room's. You don't get that with the little ones.
