After graduation, I worked at Whirlpool and went to college. I was a surgical tech. until 2000 when I became an Rn. I work in surgery and travel around the country working in various hospitals for 8 to 13 week contracts. I got married in 1988 to Chad Grouse who was from Mansfield, Ar. We have 3 children, 2 boys, brock & chase, and 1 daughter, bailey. We lived in Mansfield for 16 years and recently moved to Shawnee, Ok.
UPDATE: we moved back to Arkansas (YEA) in May 2010. I am still a traveling nurse. Also, I joined the Army Reserve. My one year anniversary is coming July 30. I like it I am excited about this. I wanted to do this after graduation but didn't. Waited till I was 42!

Wow, lots of changes since last entry. I’m still married to Chad. About to celebrate 30 years in May. We are now grandparents!!! Nana and. papa. We have Rutledge who is turning 2 Saturday, Ava is 21 months and Brooklynn is 18 months. My step granddaughter Gracelynn is 6yrs. We have discovered there is nothing better than being grandparents.
I am still working as a travel nurse. Working 3 12 hr days in Edmond ok. I’m home more than I’m gone. It’s in my blood and I love it.
We moved outside Hackett to where my mom lived prior to her death in 2013. Miss my mom terribly but love that I was able to get a place she loved. It’s in the country on a hill facing the sugarloaf and poteau mountains. ❤️
