Debby passed away peacefully on January 3, 2016 in Long Beach, California at the age of 51.

Debby is survived by Husband, Tad Daley Of Long Beach, CA: Children, Tiffany Reeves, Charlie Sweeney, Chris Sweeney, and Nia Sweeney of Cincinnati OH; Parents, Jerry and (Betsy) Breedlove of Bluefield, VA, (James) and Patricia Harkey of Westfield, IN; Siblings, Annette Ullom, David and Shelia Coomes of Mt. Lookout, WV; Relatives, Douglas Daley of Long Beach, CA, William and Dorinda Workman of Westfield, IN, Rick and Mischleane Arias of Cibilo, TX.; 8 Grandchildren; 4 Nephews and 6 Nieces. Preceded in death by Grandson, Lil’Man of Cincinnati, OH, Mother in Law Sally Newlin of Escondido, CA.

Debby was born on January 26, 1964 in Richlands, VA. She grew up as Civilian Country life and as a Military Brat. Debby loved her roots and experiences.

Beginning with the "Country" days of her life In Virginia. In the area of Tazwell County VA. Getting fresh honey. Running Track and Field

"Military Brat" days. Living on the Gitmo Cuba Naval Base. Was in Athens Georgia where she graduated high school. Moved to Norfolk, VA. World’s biggest naval base.

She then moved to Sheridan Indiana. Traveled from Indiana to VA. Debby loved to travel. Debby then went to CA for a vacation. Ended up going back to Indiana, packing and driving to California. 2200 mile trip with Daughter Nia and Friend. Lived in Long Beach and Riverside. She had the opportunity to do the Coast to Coast trip from California to Norfolk VA. Debby then Relocated to Cincinnati, Oh. She loved the convenience to go to Indiana and to VA. Debby transferred to Sheridan Indiana for work. Did the trip from Sheridan to Cincinnati quite often. Debby then went back to Cincinnati.

Debby returned to California. She loved California, except that it was so far from the friends and families. She did not like the cold any longer.

In Debby’s final part of her Journey, although it was shortened By Diabetes. The amputation of her leg. She fought this and still traveled locally to see friends and family. Always for others. Loved husband, her Children, Grandchildren, Parents, other family, friends, and "Gitmo family".
