On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, Robert (Bob) Russell Kiser, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 61. Bob was born on July 23, 1957 in Fort Eustis, Virginia into a military family. After graduating high school in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Bob enlisted in the United States Navy. His Navy journalist career took him back to Guantanamo and then tours aboard USS El Paso and USS Abraham Lincoln including tours of duty in Keflevick, Iceland; Moffet Field, California; Cinic Berlin, Portugal and retired at NAS Millington, TN. Bob was preceeded in death by his parents, Jim and Wanda Kiser. He’s survived by loving wife of 35 years, Julie; Daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Jon Duckworth; Granddaughters, Alyssa, Alaina, Kinsey, and Amelia (due in November). Sisters Toni Riccio (Art), Jean Keck (Glenn); Nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jim, Tom, Karen (Shayne), Brian and Brianna.
