Jason David Perry was taken to heaven on Feb. 3, 2013, to be with Jesus. He was born in Williamsburg on Aug. 17, 1982, and spent his early years in Williamsburg, attending Williamsburg Christian Academy. He moved several times with his parents and lived in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and then at age 16, he moved to London UK. Jason graduated in 2001 from the Department of Defense Dependents American School in London. He returned to the USA in 2002 and joined the U.S. Marines, serving in Jacksonville, N.C. He married his wife, Jenifier Muir, in August 2008 in Olean, N.Y., her hometown.
Jason had been living and working as a carpenter in WIlliamsburg at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, Jenifier, his two children, Roman, age 7, and Lily, age 3. He is also survived by his parents, Pamela and David Perry; his brother, Jordan Perry; maternal grandparents, Richard and Janice Wrobel; and a loving extended family.
