Reunion Donations

The reunion committee is doing initial planning for the 60th Reunion of the BCHS Class of ’62.  To help keep the costs down and to make the reunion more affordable for all, we are requesting our Pirate classmates to consider making a donation of any size.  No amojunt is too small because it does ALL ADD UP.  These donations will help build a fund to be used to pre-pay some expenses of the events and venues we’ve chosen.  Our goal is to keep costs low, for the 62 grads and to make our final class reunion spectacular!

The classes of ’60 and ’61 were highly successful with classmate donations, creating a way for more alumni to attend than otherwise would not have been able to attend.  A few donation ideas:

  • Donate in memory of a classmate who has passed away. I’m memory will be acknowledged
  • Make a donation in your absence if you will be unable to attend.
  • Pledge an amount to be paid over several months.
  • “Round up” fees paid (e.g., $63.50 becomes $70 or $75. [Note: This type of donation would be made when we start collecting payments for the event; cost will depend on donations already received.]
  • Or just making a straight out donation to help keep costs down.

We will regularly give updates on the website of the amount received or pledged to date; hopefully, we will reach a level early that will meet the fixed expenses anticipated and will allow us to plan a reunion filled with great food and events.

Update: Since initially presenting this idea, we have received anonymous donations or pledges totaling $9,850!!! Please help make this a reality by sending donations of any size to:
