Allen, Larry H. 64 of St. Petersburg passed away January 15, 2008 under the care of Hospice. He was formerly an assistant manager with the Pinellas County Dept. of Planning. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Allen is survived by his loving mother: Louise Allen, St. Petersburg; loving sister: Barbara Cartledge, Tallahassee and several nieces.
