Ok so I never went to Morton and many may not even know me, for that matter I don't know how many remember me, but I did attend Scott for from 2nd-8th, and again! I know many of your names and although many of you do have photos I don't recognize alot of you...does any one out there have a Scott annual?? lol... Someone find some old photos and post! Please! Though I have to say there are some that look exactly the same!I am having a blast looking at everyone's profiles and can't wait to visit and catch up with you all!

Kim
Werent them called friendship braclets?

02/03/09 09:08 AM #32

Lisa Perkins (Dodrill)

I think we shared them as friendship bracelets but I know we called them something else...I am with you Kim they were called something other than the washers they really were because there were the small washers we wore as rings and then we intertwined them in different ways as bracelets...I remember, but apparently my memory is as bad as yours! My 16 year old said he can't think of what they referred to them as! But don't ya'll find it funny that everything is coming back a new fashions now...I think they look like some of the stuff we all could pull out of an old box from the attic! LOL They will be doing the jean roll again soon I am sure of it! But how come parachute pants haven't come back? LMAO! Hope everyone is well, I am so looking forward to seeing everyone even if I didn't know you all that well!

Sorry Kim I only know what my CORNDOG son tells me & they aren't friendship bracelets boys & girls... Remember sex ED? I am not talking about what ya all learned in the bleachers either... Each color means a different sexual act you will be willing to participate in... Make sure your son doesn't wear a PiNK or PURPLE one... Let me find the list & i will share w/the class.

Hey everyone! Trivia Night is coming up - 3 more weeks. I am hoping that everyone will show their support of Morton and come out and suuport this event! Plus, even if you aren't good at trivia, where else will you be able to drink (beer and wine provided) and hang out with friends and Mr. & Mrs. Damiano for $20.00 per person? The competition is very light - there's no crown or big money at stake if you do suck at trivia knowledge - so come out and be a part of this! Click the links on the home page to see the flyer and reg. form, which has all the details!

Hope to see you there.

RE: Trivia Night
Hey, just a thought. Is there any way for those who won't be able to be there, because they live out of town to participate. Maybe put the silent auction items online and be able to take bids via the web? Just a thought. I do a lot of fundraising in my job so if I can be of any help, just let me know.

Thanks, Jackie

Hello Class of '89,
I need your help. I will be participating in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Chicago on June 6 & 7. I am raising money for research for this deadly disease that affects millions of women around the world. I have personally lost an Aunt and a cousin to breast cancer.
If you would like to support me by making a donation...you can go online to Avonwalk.org and click on make a donation-click on chicago-find a walker and type in my name Susan Shebish and go from there. If you would like to send a check made out to Avon Walk for Breast Cancer to me...please mail it to 5676 Dovedale Ave Portage IN 46368. I appreciate all of your help, and can't wait to see everyone at the reunion!
Thanks again, Susan Hudkins-Shebish
