He is survived by his mother, Susan (King) Timko of Hammond and father, Walter Timko; brothers: Dwayne of IN, Vince of TX, Larry Timko of IN and sisters: Candy of KY, Shannon Timko of IN; nephews and nieces; aunts and uncles: Lily Stetson of TX, Joe and Tom Hallock of IN and Ronald Hallock of CA. He was preceded in death by his father, Lew King of MI. Ernie was cremated in Kentucky.
