Ok, so we know everyone wants to help so lets get it started. I am in Texas so I will not be able to do a lot of leg work but I can make phone calls etc. We need to figure out is a summer reunion best or would you guys like to plan a little further out. Once we decide on that lets start setting up a planning committee, a decorating committee, a advertising committe, and of course a search and find committee. Details of each committee:
Planning- search and secure for a venue(s), entertainment, plan events for the weekend (or day if we plan to start the first one small), and plan a detail program for each event.
Decorating- will be responsible for obtaining decor (theme based if decided), and decorating each venue as needed.
Advertising- Getting out info concerning the event to PHS class of '93. Responsible for invitations, flyers, reminders, mass phone calls, mass emails etc.
Search and Find- Responsible for getting as many classmates contact information as possible.
Site Admin can you add these committees to the site so that people are able to sign up and then we can get to crackin on this.
