Moved back to Grovetown in Dec. 1987. Was married in May 1980 to someone in the Army and divorced in April 1991. Had three sons while married. A few years later had another son and never married again. I have a 3 year old grandson (Mason) from my second to the oldest (Eugene) and Nikki (Redd). He is my heart. I have a grandson and a granddaughter from my oldest son's (Joseph) wife (Delia, AKA: DJ) from previous relationships. Joseph, Eugene, Nikki and Delia have all graduated from Harlem High School.
My son Eugene has been called into active duty with the Marines Reserves and as I am typing he is on the way to Iraq. He had 2 moths of combat training in NC before leaving. Please everyone put him in your prays. Joseph had done two tours in Iraq with the first one being in the middle of the war when it broke out in the
Army behind the Marines. He is out of the Army for a while now.
Worked a few places relating to food service. Worked for Win Dixie locally for almost 14 years and held servile different positions. Was trained for cake decorator at one time, which helped me find a job after all the Win Dixie's closed. Presently I work at IGA in Augusta, GA on Deans Bridge Rd. as cake decorator as well as everything else in the Deli/Bakery.
I moved to Hephzibah about 8 years ago. I still have a home between Harlem and Grovetown in which Gene, Nikki, and Mason lives in. Needless to say Andrew dropped out of school while he was at Harlem High. Does not help when brother's kids all dropped out of school.
I have received an associate degree in Criminal Justice at Kalplan University last year. Currently attending University of Phoenix for bachelor degree in same field. Wish me luck in getting a job with the justice department in less than 2 years.
