Danny Gerald Bugg
May 14, 1946 - August 8, 2014

Danny G. Bugg, husband of Forty-Eight Years to Wanda Rogers Bugg, died Friday, August 8, 2014 with family at his side at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born May 14, 1946 in Mercer County, he had worked locally in the banking industry from 1977 until 1997 and operated his own mortgage company Mortgage Placement Service from 1997 until 2009. Danny was a dedicated family man. He enjoyed fishing and setting in his “retirement center” talking with friends and neighbors.

Besides his wife, Danny is survived by one son Terry D. Bugg, his mother Haddy Bailey, half-brother Johnnie (Ruth Ann) Bailey, Brother-in-Law Jerry (Shirley) Rogers, and father-in-law Wince (Opal) Rogers.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Martha & Jordan Bugg who raised him, and mother-in-law Inez Rogers.
