Harrodsburg High School

ANNOUNCEMENTS

From Dianne Shaw's Attic

Still feel like you did in high school? Well maybe not, but we all hope you will feel good enough to make it to the 50th HHS Class of '64 reunion. Here's how we looked just 5 years ago.

Little League All-Stars – Harrodsburg’s hopes of winning it he Little League baseball tournament next week rest squarely upon the actions of these all-star players. An area tournament to be held at Sportleigh field Monday afternoon, July 21, beginning at 4:30 o’clock when Harrodsburg meets the Lebanon all-stars. The local all-stars, managed by Reuel Morse, are, kneeling, l to r, Jimmy Holiday, Marvin Gowins, and Johnny Martin. 2d row, l to r, Albert Buckley, Larry Royalty, Jim Patrick, David Bruner, and Mike Morse. Back row, l to r, Jerry Smith, Connie James, Billy Brummett, Insco Rue, David Carey, and Floyd Shirley. (Herald Photo).

WE'RE STILL QUITE A TEAM!

Hope to see you at the Reunion...

We have created a place for every one our classmates to update profiles, add announcements, post pictures and communicate with other Harrodsburg High School Class of 1964 classmates, even if they did not quite make it to the HHS graduation ceremony. We believe our class was and is still special. But keep in mind this site gets better with each person's contribution. There are those of us who have never returned to Harrodsburg since leaving years ago, who do not know your story, and probably have not told theirs to you.

This is a safe and secure place to tell your story, the joys, the pleasures, the proud moments and even the difficulties. Please let everyone know how you are doing and keep your profile up to date. There is plenty of space for you. You will find out that people care about you more than you might imagine.

Also remember that you can leave comments on the In Memory page for our departed class members. If someone special to you is no longer with us, please leave a rememberance on his or her page. It can be serious or funny or whatever. Each comment adds to the ongoing history of our group of just over 100 people.

HHS friends are friends for life...

Yaaaay - it's party time!

UPCOMING BIRTHDAYS

Welcome to the Harrodsburg High Class Of 1964 web site. 1964 was the gateway to a new era... while we suspected it then, we know just how powerful our Harrodsburg High School years were. You can use this site to contact long lost classmates, to catch up on what's been going on in others' lives or even to divulge a bit of your personal history. Who knows what will come of this, but It is the opportunity to create a living life history of a small group of people from a single time and place who have lived in "interesting times." Maybe it will be discovered by archaeologists a thousand years from now. That would be cool. Would you want to be left out?
