If you weren't in my AP history class, this will make no sense. Anyway, we spent one whole class in which every student had to use the word SPAM in a sentence. Keep in mind, this is before the word had any significance as a technological term. Everyone tried. Mary got snagged. "Mary, did you just say SPAM?" "Yes." "Why?" "I don't know."
