Debra Bell, 71, of Hartford, CT, entered eternal rest on Friday, August 2, 2024. Debra was born in Hartford, CT on February 6, 1953, daughter to the late Clarence Morgan and Evelyn Bell.

Debra leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Devin Campbell and his wife Washuri, and Darnell Bell and his wife Lupy; her siblings, Cheryl Bell, Elliot Bell, Crystal Bell, Gregory, Cavette Bell, Kathy Bell, Orlando Bell, Diane Morgan, Douglas Morgan, Parelea Morgan, Sterling Morgan, Wayne Morgan, Debbie Morgan, Linda Morgan, Pam Morgan, and Kathy Morgan; three grandchildren, Adriana, Cameron, and Anyssa, and a host of other close relatives and friends.

Along with her parents Debra was preceded in death by two siblings, Ranae and Keith Morgan, and her grandson DJ.
