I know y'all thinking when was Weaver apart of Project Concern? I was apart of PC in the early 70's grades K-3 at Elmwood Elementary. At the end of 3rd grade our family moved to East Hartford so I no longer qualified for the program. It's not all bad if I were to stay in PC I probably would not have met my wonderful husband. :)
