~ Kim brought everyone up to date from the past unoffical meetings with Rita W. Pipkin, Dennis Royce and Recina R. Gilbert

Items Discussed

~ The committe is planning a " Bowling Party " fundraier , we are looking at Saturday June 27, 2009 from 7-11pm Newinton Bowling Lanes. Ticket cost $15.00 for adults / $12.50 for children

~ Rita  will  finalize details with Newington Bowling Lanes this week

~ Recina will get tickets made as soon as we get details  from Rita

~Mika Benford will is placing an order  with Vista .com for " Let's Get Connected " cards , these are networking cards to let everyone know about our website

~ We also discussed our deceased classmates

~ Tim Ruth closed out prayer

~ Next Meeting Saturday June 20, 2009 at 10:30 Crowne Plaza Hotel , HTFD Ct.
