Angela L. O'Bryant, 48, of La Crosse, formerly of Havana, Ill., and Springfield, Ill., died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. She was born at Jacksonville, Ill., on June 23, 1953, to Marvin and Lou (Thompson) Eaton. She married Jerry O'Bryant on Aug. 29, 1992.

Angela is survived by her husband, Jerry; one son, Samuel Eaton Bryant, at home; two stepsons, Peter O'Bryant of Tampa, Fla., and John O'Bryant of La Crosse; her mother and stepfather, Lou and Jack Coleman of Havana; one stepbrother, Michael Coleman of Havana; one sister, Michelle Eaton of Houston, Texas; and two step- sisters, Peg Gronau of Lake Bluff, Ill., and Julie Lay of Jacksonville, Fla.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Denise Eaton; and her father, Marvin Eaton.

She worked at First National Bank in Springfield for 20 years as a personal loan banker.

She was a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Havana and Chapter "Y" PEO.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Havana. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana. The Revs. David Taylor and James Fedosuk will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Hurley Funeral Home, Havana.

Memorials are preferred to Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center.
