Jeff Wilcoxen
I don't know if anyone knows this or even if anyone cares but I have wrote poetry pretty much my whole life. Even in High School I dibled around with letters to certain people. Anyway I wrote a short poem for the class of 85.
Class of 1985
The class of 85 was a special class indeed.
We were all young, some couldn't get up to speed.
Some have children and some are grandpa's.
Some work so hard that there hands are all raw.
Some turned out to be doctors and lawyers and stuff.
Some sit on there butts and are down on there luck.
Some dropped out and some went to college.
It doesn't matter to this class we homage.
Our lives were forever changed by the friends we all made.
We are who we are, that will never fade.
As we look back and remember those days gone by.
Just don't dwell on the past because time will really fly.
Look to the future and catch a good vibe.
Put your head up proudly cause we are the class of 85.
