Russel died Nov. 10, 2004,  from cancer.  He was married to Sheila White.  They have a son Russel J. White Jr.  Russel was my best friend more like brother!  We even became brothers-in-law.  He married my wife's sister.  We deer hunted, fished, mushroomed, watched football every Sunday, played poker and drank a lot of Jack Daniels together.  I really miss him and all the great times we had together.
