Earle was a classy and very bright guy; he went to Princeton. We played together on Ebenezer United Methodist Church's (Eagle and Steel Rds.) basketball team. One night we played a Baptist Church in Chester and the score was 70-35. Guess who had the 35? Earle's older sister, the beautiful Marilyn March, became Miss Pennsylvania while he was in high school. I remember that so well because my older brother claimed to have dated her. My mother was also friends of Earle's mother for many years. We lost Earle way, way too early!
