Subsequent to my graduation from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, I have been employed (ultimately as a registered civil engineer) by the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) since late June of 1982. Initially, I was in "District 4" working out of the San Francisco Bay Area district office (initially in San Francisco and later in Oakland). In early March of 2000 I relocated to the San Bernardino district office (of transportation "District 8," which is comprised of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties) and moved my residence from Hayward to the mountain community of Big Bear or Big Bear Lake, northeast of the City of San Bernardino. At present I live in the small community of Big Bear City south of Baldwin Lake and east of Big Bear Lake. As I had spent many years in college snow skiing, this pristine-air high-altitude community (which has three ski areas within a half-hour drive of my home) seems the perfect place to live.

My primary activity outside of work is writing. I have written a 500 (+) page science fiction novel (I am still in the process of rewriting) and four speculative screenplays in various genres. The fourth still needs to be broken up into two reality-based biographical screenplays (requiring major rewriting). My first three ("polished") screenplays and a number of story treatments I have also written have been proposed to some major Hollywood talent/production companies (and a Hollywood studio) and garnered generally very favorable response/reviews but no sales as of yet.

I also recently completed a five year investigation of the OJ Simpson June 12, 1994 double-homicide case, initially brought to me by my now late production partner Tom Holleron -- an actor-model who had known the Brown sisters (Nicole Brown Simpson and Denise Brown) since they were 16 and 18, respectively, and who, like "houseguest" Kato Kaelin, once did favors for OJ Simpson, etc., except Tom was much more intimately associated with the Simpson and Brown families than anyone past or present.

Tom was prompted to tell me what he knew and/or suspected about the murders when Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner {married to Nicole's close friend Kris Kardashian --mother of Kourtney, Kim (OJ Simpson's goddaughter) and Khloe Kardashian, etc. of "Keeping up with the Kardashians"} called him up in May of 2004 and ordered him not to go to the press with his suspicions (around the 10-year anniversary of the murders). Instead, Tom came to me. Within days of starting my independent investigation, it was clear that OJ's son Jason (24 at the time of the murders) was at his father's Rockingham residence on the night of the murders, but his attorney at the time (Johnny Cochran -- who represented both Jason and his sister for 42 days before OJ snagged him away) got the police to ignore Jason as a suspect. They never even so much as spoke to him directly, and they never checked out his unsubstantiated alibi or took any DNA or hair samples, etc.

As a result of the ignoring of witnesses who placed OJ and Jason at Nicole's 30 minutes before the murders and at OJ's Rockingham residence immediately thereafter (from which location Jason slipped away on his own back to Nicole's to kill Ron and Nicole as his father took his shower and his worried girlfriend made her "prophetic mystery" calls to the Wilshire Police Station and to 9-1-1, wherein she asked of a double homicide on Nicole's block scant minutes before the murders) OJ was the LAPD's only suspect, even though delinquent sous chef Jason had a history of violence with and without a knife and was upset at Nicole for having taken away his chance to lift himself up in his family's eyes as the chef for Nicole's dinner party that night. Nicole cancelled her plans to eat at Jason's restaurant to instead go to the restaurant managed by a man with whom she'd once had an affair.

My fully-documented, thorough investigation was forwarded (by a writer-friend) to the Deputy Chief of Police (Homicide Division) of the LAPD Harbor Division, who subsequently recommeded it to the LADA's office for the prosecution of Jason Simpson for murder. The LADA has had it for some four months now. As of Christmas, the word (from the deputy police chief) is that the DA's office is delving deeper into the investigation. I take this to mean that they see merit in my work/assertions. Hopefully, they are bold enough to risk criticism for their earlier mistakes (in charging the wrong man -- OJ) and actually prosecute Jason Simpson. I expect the story to break any time now, which I believe will open the door to my other writing projects in Hollywood. In the meantime, I am positioning myself to not be ignored in this potentially earthshattering story. When the story breaks and the reporters go to the usual high-profile people associated with the case they will know (via third parties closely associated with me) that it was my investigation which resulted in the solving of the crime

Another contributor to this investigation is my long-time close friend and housemate former "Days of Our Lives" actress Valerie (Nurse Lisa) Ojala (a.k.a. Valerie Ojala Keller). Valerie actually appeared in a Tropicana Orange Juice commercial with OJ and met Nicole and her two children at their Zuma Beach shooting location. Valerie utilized her gifts as a Christian sensitive to reveal details about the case I later found conformed to the evidence, helping me to fully piece the case together.

I have also spent a lot of time researching the best cure for Lyme disease (Valerie contracted in Hilton Head, NC in 1990 while assisting U.S. Secret Service agents in a search and rescue), a practical bio-fuel for the standard combustion engine (using Euphorbia Tirucalli Linn, a.k.a. pencil bush, etc.), and developing an invention with both terrestrial and extraterrestrial applications for maintaining or enhancing physical strength. My research has promise in curing much more than Lyme disease. I have found that doctors' ignorance about Lyme disease, left unchecked, will result in more Michael J. Foxes. By the way, Michael had Lyme disease before he contracted "Parkinson's disease." As Lyme disease is known as the "great immitator" (it is often misdiagnosed as Parkinson's disease and ALS, etc.), I believe he still suffers from Lyme disease -- not Parkinson's disease. The public needs to be made aware of a new, accurate test for Lyme disease (only around since 2005), and that this new test should replace the outdated tests that miss 60% of the cases tested by doctors. More people don't even get tested. Early results from the new testing procedure indicates that as much as 1/6th of the U.S. population may be infected with Lyme disease. Lyme disease is in 46 of our 50 states and on 6 continents.

If I manage to gain a national platform by upsetting the public's preconceptions about the OJ Simpson case, I intend to utilize it to address what may be one of the coming "end time plagues" (Lyme disease), etc. (a means I found to cure Lyme disease is also likely the best means to cure other major diseases, including cancer, malaria and AIDS). I also intend to do all I can to promote what I think is the best practical means, at present, to make our country energy independent, which is necessary to bring the U.S. back to financial solvency.

As for romantic relationships, I am focusing first upon an expected major career shift, which makes it prudent to first see where I am going, before making such a connection.

As an employee of the State of California, I am also concerned with the faltering State economy, which has already resulted in my salary being cut by 15% (in 2009). As there is no sign of improvement, I expect more cuts in the near future, which would affect all of us! It is hard to definitively plan for the future in such times, but I am doing my best, as I hope you all are.
