Just wanted to check in with everybody to see when a good date is to hold the class reunion as I realize many of you need to schedule time off. I have provided some options below but if anybody has any suggestions, please feel free to inlcude them. The reunion of course won't be all weekend long but this will at least give us a good estimate to start with. Also we are still looking for volunteers to come up with some good ideas for reunion location and activities. Once again, if anybody has any suggestions we would love to hear them. Hope all is doing well! Can't wait to see everybody real soon!!! Weekend of July 24-26 Weekend of July 31 - August 2 Weekend of August 14 - 15 Weekend of August 21 - 23 Weekend of August 28 - 30

04/13/09 10:58 PM #4     Ryan Egbert The best weekend for me would be July 31- August 1. I have other plans the weekend of July 24- July 25 so definantly cannot come that weekend.

04/14/09 08:32 AM #5     Kinsey Gott I would prefer August 28th-30th because I already have that week off from work and was already planning on making a trip home. My second choice would be August 21st-23rd because I could fly in that Saturday morning.

My third choice would be the last weekend in July. Kind of a busy time for everyone I am sure...but whatever works for everyone else!!

06/18/09 10:21 PM #13     Misty Roach (Carter) We already sent some emails out confirming the second to last week in August (Aug 21-23). I belive some folks have already made travel arrangements for that weekend so we are a go for that weekend.

After meeting with a few of you, here are the plans that have been outlined for the reunion: Friday Night (Aug 21st) 7:00 PM - Dinner for the Adults at the Leigion Hall(connected to the Snug Lounge) in Eden (165 Wilson ST W Eden, Idaho). Dinner will include Prime-Rib/Chicken Cordon Blue, Baked Potato, Bread, Salad Bar (menu items may vary depending on the amount of participants, we will keep you posted) - $15.00 per plate. Saturday (Aug 22nd) 1:00 PM - Potluck for classmates and their families at Dierkes Lake - Please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert. Parking is $3.00. Sunday - (Aug 23rd) Golf (Time TBD based on number of participants) - Plesant Valley Golf Course in Kimberly, Idaho ($16 per person and $8 for Cart for 9 holes or $20.00 per person and $10 for Cart for 18 holes). Thank you Jamie!.I overbooked some extra reservations for Friday night for those who have not yet responded, so if anybody else will be attending any events please respond to this post or just show up, we shoud be able to accomodate.
