10 Year Reunion!!!

It's that time!!!!  We are having our ten year high school reunion October the 15th, 2011 at the Thunderbird Country Club in Heber Springs.  The event will start at seven and last till one.  We will be serving dinner which is included in your ticket price.  There will be a cash bar for those who would like to drink.  We will have music and dancing along with karaoke after eleven.  This is an adult only party so please no children.  Everyone is allowed to bring one guest with them.  Ticket prices are $15.00 for one or $30.00 for a couple.  The Thunderbird has been completely remodeled and looks awesome.  It is a great venue with plenty of room for everyone to have a great time.  Its going be a great night full of old memories and new.  Please come and catch up with old friends.  It will be great seeing everyone again! We hope you all can make it.

You can pay for your tickets thru this website.  The money is deposited into our class reunion checking account.  There are two payment options.  You can do e check or credit card.  If you pay by credit card it will charge you and 4.9% processing fee that the company we made the website thru charges.  That money does not go to us.  If you pay by e check there is no fee.  You can also mail a check to 714 N. Van Buren Heber Springs, Ar 72543.  Make the check payable to Ashley Adams and Stephanie Jones and Brett Graham.  The reason we ask that you make the check out this way is so that everyone can feel comfortable knowing that the check is going into a reunion checking account and that three people have to sign in order for it to be deposited.  We have set up the checking account at Heber Springs State Bank where Brett Graham is a vice president.  Any money that is left over will be withdrawn after the reunion and put in a safe deposit box.  We will keep it there until our next reunion and use it towards that.  We have used money that we made as a class thru fundraisers to pay for the Thunderbird.  This money was kept in a safe deposit box since 2001.  Ticket money is for food and entertainment.  We can not keep the money in a savings account because someone would have to claim the interest for taxes.  If you have any other questions please let us know and we would be happy to answer them.
