Jennifer Utick Marshall

After high school I took a few years off before doing the whole college thing. Graduated from the U of M in 1996. Met my husband (who is now a retired senior chief in the Navy) through a mutual friend and got married in 1999. Moved back to Helena in 2001 and built a house on the north hill on 20 acres. We have deer, elk, antelope, turkeys, and even a bobcat on our land. It's kinda like a mini zoo at times, only the kind of zoo a hunter dreams of.

My husband and I are both into hunting and fishing big time. I hunt with a rifle, shotgun, bow, and also crossbow. My husband even got me hunting out of treestands last year.

We just purchased our first boat last year and love to go fishing for bass, walleye, and pike. Our youngest is old enough now that we can all start going as a family. Our middle child, Ashlyn, caught her first bass all on her own last year and her picture was even on the cover of a magazine with her first fish. McKayla is a pro at catching bass and loves to try and outfish anyone she can. Jesse is almost 3 and already has his sites set on catching his first bass in the summer of 2010.
