John “ Jack” Russell ZurMuehlen, 53, of Missoula, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2000. Jack was raised in Helena and after graduation from Helena High School attended the University of Denver. A special joy in Jack's life was his three grandchildren: Jack Halloran Ellinghouse, Megan Annie Lindemer and Shane McLeod Lindemer. Survivors are his wife, Annie (Richards) Zur Muehlen; his parents, Carl and “ Nook” ZurMuehlen of Helena; children, Elizabeth ZurMuehlen of Missoula, Karl ZurMuehlen of Seeley Lake, Michael Ellinghouse and his wife, Mary Halloran of Missoula, Jenny Lindemer and her husband, Mike of Seeley Lake and Joe Elling house of Seeley Lake and his three grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in the spring.
