I didn't know Steve very well but remember that he was the outstanding, unassuming student in Mr. Henry's Montana history class. As I recall, Mr. Henry had written the textbook that we used and he was looking to revising and reprinting it. He asked the class to look for any errors in content, spelling, grammar, etc. Well, Steve found his share of errors even some that Mr. Henry hadn't noticed. To a teacher, Steve was a gift. Wish he were still here to reminisce about the class.
