Keith Ragland

I’ve earned two Bachelor Degrees (Mathematics from North Carolina Central University & Business Management from Shaw University) & two Master Degrees (MBA & MIS) from North Carolina Central University. I started a small computer consulting/programming/repair business in Research Triangle Park, NC. I have two sons: a son with Clevette Russell in 1994 (I'm sure that everyone know of Clevette from our class & remember how we were high-school sweethearts) & another son from a previous relationship in 2001. I had a serious motorcycle injury to my left knee in 1998, in which I'm still suffering from today after 33 operations....yes 33!!. I now live in Raleigh, NC, is married to my sole-mate & is doing great.

I remember always racing the school buses with Decarlos Jones & how I wrote the class poem, but was banned from reading it after I read it on “Class Night” because I talked about the school’s food & therefore I offended the cafeteria workers. A petition was started by my classmates that didn’t change the outcome. I also remember how I was hated by my math class peers because I was always making the highest scores on tests & always raised my hands to answer math questions because mathematics always came easy to me.
