After graduation I attended UCLA and majored in history. I had an incredible time as a Bruin and went to as many football and basketball games as possible. I took full advantage of everything Westwood had to offer.

With an interest in working in collegiate athletics, I returned to Las Vegas where I earned my master's degree from UNLV in Sport & Leisure Service Management. During that time, I worked in the UNLV department of athletics where I met my husband, Zach. Through my work in the athletic department, I became aware of opportunities in the special events division of the Thomas & Mack Center where I worked in marketing and catering sales for four years.

In December 2006, Zach was offered a position at UC Irvine in University Advancement as the director of strategic talent management. I followed a few months later, taking a job as a fundraiser for the School of Humanities at UCI. We welcomed our first child, a boy, Carter, to our family on September 7th, 2008. Campbell, our little girl followed EXACTLY three years later on September 7th, 2011.

Zach and I have been fortunate to travel to some wonderful places during our time together, including Italy, England and Hawaii. We recently bought at house in Irvine and enjoy living in the Orange County area. And, we feel so lucky to have two healthy, happy children.
