BA in Art History from UNR
Master's in Art Conservation from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Met my husband- a Canadian- when I picked him up online (yes, it does work!!!) I decided, what the hell, and stayed in the Great White North. After a few years of working in the field, I decided that I hated my career (with the burning passion of a thousand suns) so I am back in school to be a veterinary technician- loving every minute of it (so far.) Now, Dave and I live in Toronto, Ontario, with our very demanding cat, Pepe. We're about to add another special member to our family- a retired racing grayhound. I'm still a band geek- playing the oboe in the local community concert band.
Am I where I thought I would be 10 years post-high school? Yes and no. As soon as I think I'm on that "correct path," some big-ass sticks fall in the way and make me detour. Do I feel all grown-up? Hell no!!! Looking forward to seeing you all in October.
